| GENERAL TENANT SELECTION CRITERIA and REQUIREMENTS We THOROUGHLY verify all information provided on each application. 1. Employment: We need complete information for at least two (2) years of employment. Please notify your employer that we will be calling for verification of employment and income. We can accept such documents as tax returns, W-2's, bank statements, paycheck stubs, etc. 2. Residency: We need the application to have complete information for at least two (2) years for the current and past residences, including phone numbers. 3. Credit, Criminal and Sex Offense Database History: We may check background information including credit, criminal, and/or sex offense database history. 4. Application and fee: Anyone occupying the property that is eighteen (18) years of age or older must fill out an application. The current charge for each application is $40. Note: Good rental history, no prior evictions, steady job and sufficient income to make monthly payment, will certainly help overcome any credit issues applicant might have. We can normally verify applications within one (1) business day of receipt, providing all information can be verified and Application fees are paid. |
