Commissions are negotiable but usually around 6%. The seller pays both the listing and buyers agent commission. My flat fee listing enters your property on the same MLS for a low upfront fee. I will be your listing agent but you will not pay a listing commission at closing.The commission which is normally paid to the listing agent is eliminated by the flat fee. The savings can be substantial.
