| You are not required to have a keybox installed on your property. However, you will have to be at home or make some type of an arrangement to allow access to your home. Agents and buyers prefer that showing homes is convenient and may just skip over your home if it is not. Most all listing on the MLS have keyboxes. A combination code will be given to the agent who will open to obtain a key to your property. |

| Electronic Keybox |
| This is what most all Realtors use to access properties. Only MLS members can open this keybox with an electronic keycard. The keycard must be updated every week and a list of keyboxes opened with the keycard is uploaded to the MLS. Showing reports can be emailed to you that show the time and the agent that opened the keybox. The box will not open at all after 9:00pm and before 7:00am. The most secure way to allow access to your home. |
